Dean of Studies Dagmar Schinnerl, MA

Dagmar Schinnerl attended the Linz Music High School and studied instrumental pedagogy piano with a focus on music theory at the Bruckner Conservatory Linz. She has also undertaken further training in music therapy, music and dance in social work and inclusive education, communicating music and social science research methods.

A self-employed piano teacher from 1999, Dagmar Schinnerl began teaching at the Upper Austrian Music School Association in 2002 and became the project leader of ensembletreffen in 2004. From 2013 she began teaching at the Anton Bruckner Private University in the Department of Music Education, and subsequently also in the Department of Theory and History. He is also responsible for organisational management of the university course ‘Communicating Music - Music in Context’ at the Bruckner University.

Since May 2019, Dagmar Schinnerl is Dean of Studies for Artistic-Pedagogical and Artistic-Scientific Studies at the Anton Bruckner Private University.
