Master: Audition  MA Movement Research or MA Dance Pedagogy

Requirements for the degree programme: The prerequisite for admission to the Master's programme is a positively completed Bachelor's degree in the field of dance or at least an equivalent university degree or proven professional work experience of several years in the field of dance.

Requirements: Online registration (see application period) and sending the following application documents to Beate Gschwendtner-Leitner (beate.gschwendtner-leitnerbruckneruniat) by 15 April 2024 at the latest.

• Sending in up to 3 different video links (YouTube links) to own artistic and pedagogical works. The body and dance practice of the applicant must be visible in the video links: either in the form of a dance solo, an excerpt from a piece, a training session carried out by the applicant or a dance class. The applicant should be clearly identifiable.
   
• Furthermore, the following questions must be answered in writing and sent to Beate Gschwendtner-Leitner:
  a) Which artistic work and which reading has particularly impressed you in recent months?
  b) What would you like us to know?
  c) What expectations do you associate with the specific orientation of this degree programme - Movement Research or Dance Education?
   
• motivation letter and detailed curriculum vitae

Pre-selection: The jury reviews the submitted documents and invites selected candidates to the online audition at the ABPU. Applicants will be informed in good time before the online audition whether they are invited.

Online audition: Detailed interview with the jury about the specific study interests.
