Der Mozart Verein Italien - die Bundeszentrale Rovereto organisiert der VI Internationalen Wettbewerb für die Leistung der Mozart-Konzerte für Flöte, Oboe, Klarinette, Fagott, Horn und Orchester, das im Rovereto (TN) von 15. bis 26. Mai 2012 wird.

Der Wettbewerb richtet sich an Musiker aller Nationalitäten, die nach dem 1. Januar 1982 geboren wurden und ohne das Erfordernis einer aus dem Konservatorium absolvierte. Das Startgeld beträgt € 110,00. Die Gewinner werden mit € 2.000,00 und 8-Konzerte in verschiedenen Italiens Städten und im Ausland, die von September 2012 organisiert werden, um während der Jahreszeiten Konzert von 2012/2013 fortsetzen wird belohnt. Die
renommierte Jury, bestehend aus Musikern von internationalem Ruf besteht, wird durch den Präsidenten M ° Marcello Abbado geleitet

Between May 18-20, 2012 we organise an International Bass Clarinet Mastercourse in Tata, Hungary.

The course is open for all interested professional and amateur musicians, classic or jazz style as well.

The course will be given by Paolo De Gaspari acknowledged musician ( www.paolodegaspari.it), founder and master of the J. Horák Bass Clarinet Academy, supported by world leading firms such as Selmer, Marca and Pomarico.

Mit Beginn des Wintersemesters 2012/13 ist folgende Stelle zu besetzen:

Planstelle eines/r Vertragslehrers/in für Oboe (Wiener Oboe)

in Teilbeschäftigung mit einer Lehrverpflichtung von ca. 11 Wochenstunden, das entspricht ca. 50 % bei einer vollen Lehrverpflichtung von 22 Wochenstunden mit Dienstort Eisenstadt.

Aufgabenbereich:
Diese Lehrkraft hat die Aufgabe, nach modernsten pädagogischen Gesichtspunkten mit Schülerinnen und Schülern der Vorbereitungsklasse Oboe zu arbeiten und sie auf ein Studium des Hauptstudienganges „Oboe“ vorzubereiten. Im Hauptstudiengang „Oboe“ sind neben dem Einzelunterricht im zentralen künstlerischen Fach gegebenenfalls ergänzende Lehrveranstaltungen, wie „Geschichte des Spiels und der Literatur der Oboe“ und „Didaktik der Oboe“, zu unterrichten. Die Dienstbehörde strebt eine Erhöhung des Frauenanteiles an und fordert deshalb qualifizierte Frauen ausdrücklich zur Bewerbung auf.

Die Ausstellung wird Freitag von 13 - 19 Uhr und Samstag geöffnet sein. Dieses Mal jedoch den „ganze Samstag“, also von 9 Uhr bis 19 Uhr.

Ausschreibung 18. Internationaler Louis-Spohr-Wettbewerb für Holzbläser

15. Juni 2012 - Kassel

Teilnahmebedingungen: Teilnehmen können Schüler(innen), Student(inn)en und Amateure. Die Teilnehmer müssen die Staatsangehörigkeit eines Landes der Europäischen Union oder eines Landes besitzen, in dem Louis Spohr wirkte (z.B. Rußland) und in den Kalenderjahren 1987 bis 1994 geboren sein. Alle durch die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb entstehenden Kosten trägt der Teilnehmer selbst. Eine mit Fachleuten besezte Jury bewertet den Wettbewerb nach dem Prinzip der Bestenauslese. Zusätzlich wird ein Publikumspreis vergeben. Jury und Publikum urteilen unabhängig.

European contest for clarinet, saxophone and chamber music (woodwinds)

11th of November 2012, Luxembourg

The Luxembourg music federation "Union Grand-Duc Adolphe" (UGDA) organises on Sunday, 11th of November 2012, at the Music Conservatoire of Luxembourg-City, the European contest for clarinet, saxophone and chamber music (duet to sextet : woodwinds with or without French horn or piano) in the frame of the 29th Luxembourg Competition for young soloists.

The competition is placed under the high patronage of H.R.A. The Grand-Duke Jean of Luxembourg.

The “Union Grand-Duc Adolphe” is expecting applications from all European countries.

Six different levels are proposed to enable beginners as well as advanced soloists to participate in the competition. Contestants aged not over 26 years may enter (in chamber music, the average of the group may not exceed 26 years).

Application will be closed on October 12th, 2012.

Trevor Wye International Flute Summer Course

The prime aim of the classes is to improve your performing level in a noncompetitive environment. If there are no technical obstacles in the way, style and interpretation and the relationship of the piece with the piano will be the main objective of the classes. We will also focus on helping players to fix any problems they may have which will include setting out a long term plan of practice.

The repertoire will include common popular works but will include some lesser known pieces to discover the conventions of 18th and 19th century style. Some historic flutes will be available for inspection as well as printed music and other
items from the period.

The day will begin with a warm up, exercises of all kinds and studies (etudes) followed by the interpretation class. Improvisation will also be a daily option. Patricia Morris (formerly Principal Piccolo with the BBC Symphony Orchestra) will give a class on the piccolo, its problems and orchestral repertoire. As well as this Rachel Brown will give a class on baroque music and it’s flute and you will receive classes from Julie Wright (an internationally experienced flute educator). A student concert will end the course with a party to follow.

Participation in the Contest is allowed to performers irrespectively of their citizenship, born between February 4, 1985, and February 4, 1995; The Contest has 4 stages: the Elimination Round is realized according to the documents and video tapes, the І and the ІІ Rounds are solo programme performing; the III Round is performance accompanied by the National Philharmonic Society of Ukraine Symphony Orchestra guided by Mykola Diadiura.

The Contest Prize fund is 6 000$ in each nomination:
I Prize - USD $3000, laureate title;
II Prize – USD $2000, laureate title;
III Prize – USD $1000, laureate title;

Entrance fee for participation in the Contest is USD $100.
